Maseda Nyi, meaning “this is my thanksgiving” in the local language, started four years ago as a small initiative within the church community. It was born out of the realization that not all children have the opportunity to celebrate Christmas with joy and abundance. The program quickly gained momentum and expanded its reach to include children from the wider community, ensuring that no child is left behind during the festive season.
